My favorite snacks under 200 calories


Cherry tomato and feta salad

Halve 3 ounces of cherry tomatoes and mix with 1 ounce crumbled low-fat feta cheese. Dress with 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and 1 teaspoon olive oil; season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with fresh oregano. Makes 1 serving (108 calories).

Yogurt Dip


1/4 cup low-fat yogurt with salt, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (dill, basil, cilantro), or a few pinches of dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest. Serve with raw vegetables. Makes one serving (40 calories, not including veggies).


Mixed Yogurt in a glass 
                             Ad your favorite fruits and some lemon juice and garnish with mint. 


You can make this with greek yogurt and some honey

Banana, berry and buttermilk ive-pops

Puree 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk, 1 banana, 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen berries, and 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into ice-molds and freeze. Makes 10 pops (75 calories each).


Note: I had a little problem with the lay-out and times new roman an Ariel mixing up together and I couldn't fix it, I'm sorry!

DIY: putting pictures on your wall with IKEA



Alice in Wonderland

Last week I bought this photo rail at IKEA for only 9 euro's. My boyfriend put it up and I took my favorite  pictures and placed them on this very handy photorail. A cheap way to pimp your room right? The picture of Doutzen Kroes on the Cover of Vogue is my all time favorite magazine cover. And don't be surprised, the other big picture is Adrina Lima dressed up as Amy Winehouse. The little black and white pic, is a memory of the younger years of my parents. They are 17 and 19 years old in that picture. Isn't that sweet?
